This is the website of the Ashford Rugby Club Under 15s team for the 2007/8 season. Ashford RFC is based in Kent, just off Junction 9 of the M20, about 35 minutes from the M25. The website provides a central source of regularly updated information. Click on the team photo to see a larger version. Ashford Rugby Club's main website can be found by clicking here. The Ashford Under 15s are made up of boys who are in the fourth year of secondary school - Year 10 - from September 2007. We draw our players from throughout the Ashford district and surrounding area of East Kent. The team has boys from Norton Knatchbull, Towers, The North and Christ Church in Ashford, Homewood in Tenterden, Swadelands in Lenham, Harvey Grammar in Folkestone and Kent College and Barton Court Grammar in Canterbury. The boys play a full-contact game, on a full size pitch. We have 8-man scrums, 7-man line outs and a back-line configured exactly the same as in adult rugby.
How to find the Ashford Rugby Club
The Ashford Rugby Club is located just off the A28 Canterbury Road, about a mile from both the town centre and Junction 9 of the M20. Click on the link here to see Multimap. Our postcode of TN24 9QQ doesn't quite correspond exactly with the Multimap co-ordinates. The club house is indicated by the number 38 on the map along the lane between the A28 and the River Stour. But if you're having difficulty reading the map, you'll find us down the lane that runs behind the Holiday Inn in Canterbury Road.
